According to the "time-honored" custom, Chihiro suffered an ill-fated accident again. I'm sorry that the long-awaited fourth album wasn't released this year. On the other hand, I was strongly impressed by her glittering aura when I met her face-to-face for the first time in June. It was a pleasant experience for me.
Since I'm going on a short trip, there will be no updates until early in January. I wish everyone a Happy New Year!
Je vous souhaite une bonne et heureuse année!
It may be possible that Chihiro will throw the first ball at the Nango Stadium (ball park) located in her native place in Miyazaki Prefecture, on February 27, as reported by the Sports Nippon tabloid.
It appears the promotional video I saw on November 11 was a tentative version. Its final version aired today looked totally different: Chihiro sings the song standing by a lake, in a long dress that looks much the same as that worn for the Waltz promotional video. This "Ii Hi Tabidachi" video is laid over with fantastic animations.
The Chihiro Onitsuka Ultimate Crash '02 parka jackets are on sale once again at the Online Shop. Remember that MSR does not ship internationally.
Rumors have been going around that Chihiro's new CD will be released on February 25. These rumors have not been confirmed.
Except for the airing of the Waltz promotional video, Chihiro has little media exposure these days. TRICK 3 drama series will end next week. The Waltz CD is selling fairly well.
"Watashi to Warutsu wo" / "Ii Hi Tabidachi, Nishi e" piano scores have been added to the official discography page. From top to bottom:
